1. Pre-code
The front code R is placed directly before the basic code of the bearing, and the rest of the front code is separated from the basic code with a small dot.
GS—thrust cylindrical roller bearing race. Example: GS.81112
K-The combination of rolling element and cage. Example: The combination of thrust cylindrical roller and cage K.81108.
R --- Bearings without separable inner or outer rings. Example: RNU207-NU207 bearing without inner ring.
WS—thrust cylindrical roller bearing shaft ring. Example: WS.81112.
2 Post code
The post code is placed behind the basic code. When there are multiple groups of post codes, they should be arranged from left to right in the order of the post codes listed in the bearing code table. Some postcodes are separated from the basic code with a small dot in front of them.
(1) Internal structure
A, B, C, D, E internal structure changes
Example 1: Angular contact ball bearings 7205C, 7205E, 7205B, C-15 degree contact angle, E-25 degree contact angle, B-40 degree contact angle.
Example 2: Cylindrical roller, spherical roller and thrust spherical roller bearings N309E, 21309E, 29412E-reinforced design, the bearing load capacity is improved.
VH-roller self-locking full complement cylindrical roller bearing (the diameter of the double circle of the roller is different from the standard bearing of the same model). Example: NJ2312VH

X-outer dimensions comply with international standards. Example: 32036X.
Z..-Technical conditions for special structures. Arranged downwards from Z11. Example: Z15-stainless steel bearing (W-N01.3541).
ZZ-roller bearings have two retaining rings that guide the outer ring.
(3) Sealing and dustproof
RSR-bearing has a sealing ring on one side. Example: 6207RSR.
ZR-bearing has a dust cover on one side. Example: 6207ZR.
2ZR-Bearings are equipped with sealing covers on both sides. Example: 62072ZR.
ZRN-bearing has a dust cover on one side and a stop groove on the outer ring on the other side. Example: 6207ZRN.
2ZRN-Bearings are equipped with dust caps on both sides and stop grooves on the outer ring. Example: 62072ZRN.
(4) Cage and its materials
1) Physical cage.
A or B is placed after the cage code, A means the cage is guided by the outer ring, and B means the cage is guided by the inner ring.

3) Change of cage
The number added after the cage code or inserted in the middle of the cage code indicates that the cage structure has undergone changes. These figures are only used during the transition period, for example: NU1008M1.
(5) Bearing without cage
V-full complement rolling element bearings. Example: NU207V.
VT-Full complement rolling element bearing with isolated balls or rollers. Example: 51120VT.
(6) Tolerance grade (including dimensional accuracy and rotation accuracy)
P0-tolerance level conforms to the 0 level specified by the international standard ISO, and the code is omitted and not indicated.
The P6-tolerance class conforms to the level 6 specified by the international standard ISO.
P6X-Tolerance class conforms to the 6X tapered roller bearing specified by the international standard ISO.
P5-tolerance class conforms to the 5th class specified by international standard ISO.
P4-tolerance level conforms to level 4 specified by the international standard ISO.
P2-tolerance class conforms to the international standard ISO class 2 (not including tapered roller bearings).
SP-dimensional accuracy is equivalent to level 5, and rotation accuracy is equivalent to level 4 (double row cylindrical roller bearings).
UP-The dimensional accuracy is equivalent to level 4, and the rotation accuracy is higher than level 4 (double row cylindrical roller bearings).
HG-dimensional accuracy is equivalent to level 4, rotation accuracy is higher than level 4 and lower than level 2 (spindle bearing).
(7) Clearance
C1-Clearance meets the 1 group specified by the standard, and is less than 2 groups.
C2-Clearance meets the 2 groups specified by the standard, and is less than 0 group.
C0-Clearance conforms to the 0 group specified by the standard, and the code is omitted and not indicated.
C3-clearance meets the 3 groups specified by the standard, and is greater than 0 group.
C4- Clearance meets the 4 groups specified by the standard and is greater than 3 groups.
C5-Clearance meets the 5 groups specified by the standard and is greater than 4 groups.
1) When the tolerance grade code and the clearance code need to be expressed at the same time, take the tolerance grade code (not indicated for P0) plus the upstream clearance group number (not indicated for 0 group).
Example: P63=P6+C3, which means the bearing tolerance level is P6, and the radial clearance is 3 groups.
2) Non-standard clearance, in the case of special radial clearance and axial clearance, the relevant limit value should be expressed in microns after the letter R (radial clearance) or A (axial clearance), Use small dots to separate the numbers.
Example: 6210.R10.20-6210 bearing, the radial clearance is 10 to 20 microns.
(8) Testing noise bearing
F3-Low noise bearing. Mainly refers to cylindrical roller bearings and deep groove ball bearings with an inner diameter d greater than 60 mm. Example: 6213.F3.
G-low noise bearing. Mainly refers to deep groove ball bearings with inner diameter d less than or equal to 60 mm. Example: 6207.G.
(9) Heat treatment
S0-bearing ring has been subjected to high temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 150 degrees Celsius.
S1-Bearing rings are subjected to high temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 200 degrees Celsius.
S2-bearing rings have been subjected to high temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 250 degrees Celsius.
S3-bearing rings have been subjected to high temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 300 degrees Celsius.
S4-Bearing rings have been subjected to high temperature tempering treatment, and the working temperature can reach 350 degrees Celsius.
(10) Special technical conditions
F..-Sequentially numbered manufacturing technical conditions. Example: F80-bearing inner and outer diameter tolerance and radial clearance compression.
K..-Sequentially numbered inspection technical conditions. Example: K5-bearing inner, outer diameter tolerance is compressed.
.ZB-Cylinder rollers with convexity with a diameter greater than 80 mm. Example: NU364.ZB.
.ZB2-The convexity at both ends of the needle roller is greater than the general technical requirements. Example: K18*26*20F.ZB2.
ZW-Double row needle roller and cage assembly. Example: K20*25*40FZW.
.700...Sequentially numbered technical conditions starting with 700000.

(11) Paired bearings
1) For paired bearings that meet K technical conditions, the following special technical conditions are related to paired bearings:
K1-Two sets of deep groove ball bearings are installed in pairs to withstand one-way axial load.
K2-Two sets of deep groove ball bearings are installed in pairs to bear bidirectional axial load.
K3-Two sets of deep groove ball bearings are installed back to back without clearance (O-type installation).
K4-Two sets of deep groove ball bearings are installed face to face without clearance (X-type installation).
K6-Two sets of angular contact ball bearings are installed in pairs to withstand one-way axial load.
K7-Two sets of angular contact ball bearings are installed back to back without clearance (O-type installation).
K8-Two sets of angular contact ball bearings are installed face to face without clearance (X-type installation).
K9-Two sets of tapered roller bearings with spacers between the inner and outer rings are installed in pairs to withstand unidirectional axial load.
K10-Two sets of tapered roller bearings with spacers between the inner and outer rings are installed back to back without clearance (O-type installation).
K11-Two sets of tapered roller bearings with spacers between the outer rings are installed face to face without clearance (X-type installation).

Bearings configured in pairs or groups need to be delivered together with the package word or marked as a pair. Bearings of different groups are not interchangeable. When installing bearings belonging to the same group, the installation should be carried out in accordance with the markings and positioning. If each pair of bearings is configured with a certain amount of axial or radial clearance, the clearance should be indicated after the K technical condition according to item 1 2) in item (7).
